I-Circle BVE 材質庫是一個專為 BVE 製作而建立的網站，網站會不定時發布新的材質。所有材質均使用共享創意署名－非商業性 3.0 香港授權條款發行。只要你按照授權條款使用，你便可以在無須取得我們的批準下使用網站內的材質。請訂閱材質庫的 RSS 以得知材質更新。
- 材質格式及尺寸
- 我們盡量提供較大尺寸的材質，讓你在加工（例如使用圖像處理軟件將我們的材質與你的材質結合）時亦能保持質素。另外，我們亦盡量保持物件的比例。讓你在製作物件時作參考之用。
- 署名
- 當你使用材質庫中的任何材質，你需要在你的作品中注明有關檔案是使用「I-Circle BVE 材質庫」的材質。如果有關材質在材質庫中另有注明「相片由 XXX 拍攝」的話，除了需要標明材質取自「I-Circle BVE 材質庫」外，你亦需同時注明該人士的名稱。

在格式方面，相片的材質如果沒有退地的話會使用 JPEG 格式；已退地的話則使用 Alpha PNG。雖然 JPEG 是有損壓縮 (lossy compression)，但一般來說是較難察覺。
在使用時請先縮細材質尺寸到 2n 像素並選用合適的檔案格式。當材質為 Alpha PNG 而材質運用於 BVE Trainsim 時，請自行補上退地色。

For the record esnips have now removed his THEFT and our group is now moving to have the mediafire THEFT removed.
This vile person has moved from the civil offence of COPYRIGHT THEFT on to the CRIMINAL OFFENCE of IDENTITY THEFT, which IC3 and his local Police Department are now looking into. I am the genuine guillyman, and in no way, NO WAY AT ALL, do I associate myself with the criminal activities of the piece of GARBAGE attempting to drag me down.
Please let the whole of the BVE Community know this – together we can drive this SCUM from our midst.
